Santorini Financial Planning have become one of just ten firms to be recognised with the BS8577 business standard.
The award recognises the Loughborough-based firm’s dedication to providing an outstanding operational framework, enabling them to deliver first class service to clients. The award marks Santorini financial planning out as a truly outstanding client-focused organisation, dedicated to providing the highest possible levels of financial advice.
The BS8577 standard was developed by the British Standards Institute, in conjunction with certification body Standards International and industry experts. It is the only professional standard for financial advisers which focuses on core business practice areas such as operational management, management responsibility, recruitment, training, development and ongoing competence.

Matthew had previously become the 100th financial planner to achieve the ISO22222 standard, which recognises advisers who have shown they have achieved a high global standard of financial advice. Both awards were certified by Standards International.
